(fresh Tuscan kale Salsa Verde, Mouth Melting Burrata cheese & juice sundried tomato with zigzag basil pesto.)

Bread Toast -3pcs

Salsa Verde recipe:

Tuscan kale leaves -8pcs

Garlic cloves finally chopped-3pcs

3 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed

Apple cider vinegar- 15ml

Dijon mustard -15gm

Evo-oil-50ml

Salt & pepper test to accordingly.

On top Burrata cheese -80gm

Roasted pine nuts – 5gm

Chopped sundried tomato – 40gm.

Zigzag basil pesto -25gm.
