Return Policy
At Advenzo, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our return and cancellation policy below:
1. Ticket Booking Cancellation
- Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
- You may reschedule your slot once without penalty, provided it is done at least 12 hours in advance.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation or refund request is approved.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
4. Restaurant & Food Orders
- Pre-booked meals or party packages are non-refundable once confirmed.
- In-park food orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality or hygiene concern.
5. Event or Birthday Party Bookings
Our website uses cookies for functionality and performance. You can adjust your browser settings to manage cookie usage.
- Event bookings require a 50% advance to confirm the slot.
- Cancellations 48 hours prior will be eligible for a partial refund after deducting processing fees.
- No refund for same-day or post-event cancellations.
6. Weather Conditions
As Advenzo is an indoor facility, operations remain unaffected by weather. Refunds will not be issued due to rain or weather-related issues.
